Makgobatlou Attorneys Incorporated is a Private personal liability legal service Company. It was originally established on the 10th day of JANUARY 2000 under the name and style of Mathabatha Makgobatlou Attorneys and duly incorporated on the 05th day of September 2006 thereby incorporating the firm Mathabatha Makgobatlou attorneys.

Mr. M.J Makgobatlou (the managing director) holds a degree Baccala Reus Procurations (B. Proc) from University of the North. In 1995 he joined the firm Don Nkadimeng Attorneys in Polokwane where he served Articles of Clerkship. He completed his article of clerkship in 1997. In 1998, Mr. Makgobatlou joined the firm Kganyago & Matlala Attorneys in Tzaneen. He served as a Branch Manager, until the 05th day of January 2000.

Mr. Makgobatlou officially opened the firm Mathabatha Makgobatlou Attorneys where he practiced on his own account as from the 10th of January 2000 as a sole proprietor. The firm has now been incorporated under the name and style of Makgobatlou Attorneys Incorporated as from the 05th September 2006.
